Very clunky, terrible UI, app takes 3 million years to load up properly

Fix asap
Make it so you can copy phone numbers into the dialer, it makes it easier when using it side by side with vins solutions or eleads to copy clients phone numbers and hit the dial button, rather than typing it every single time
Flawed
Dealership recently signed on with the idea that this will help track and monitor communications with both sales and service. The idea is very sound but the app’s functionality is no where near what they sold us. Agents don’t get and are not notified within the app that they have a message. The GUI within the text feature is missing send feature on some devices (I have found on apple devices it’s because a user may have zoom turned on on the device). As for telephony the app maybe sound but in todays world everyone prefers communication through text. This app is sub par at the moment.
