I was using this app since long, though it was not very user friendly. Now since last 2 months it stopped working for IOS.

App shows an error and waste users time after filling complete inputs for new connection. Even UI looks fake, Bihar Govt should change the App Developer.

I have been trying to use this application for the past three months, but I continuously face errors, and none of the options work properly. At this point, it feels like the app was created only for formality, without real functionality. The current user experience is extremely disappointing.
I strongly recommend making the application more reliable, user-friendly, and visually attractive so that it actually serves its purpose.

Needs improvement
I was able to pay the bill without any issue. But when i tried fetching the bill to view then it kept connecting and didnot return the data. Also the app UI can be improved.
Superb
I am using IOS and this app was not on its store. Finally got it and now user experience is much smoother than previous version (which I used in andriod mobiles). A great work done by Bsphcl IT team
