Their sales team could sell sand in a desert, their technicians vanish faster than your internet speed, and their customer service agents are basically philosophers of ignorance—deeply pondering products they clearly don’t understand. The franchisees? Oh, they’re the real heroes here, single‑handedly dragging Tata’s name through the mud with the enthusiasm of toddlers playing with scissors. And the cherry on top? You pay for a service you never get, then get told “bhaar mein jao” when you ask for a refund. Honestly, Tata Fibre has turned “Made in India” into “Cheated in India,” and foreign brands must be laughing their heads off—because at least their scams come with working Wi‑Fi.

The most useless app

I thought an app is meant to be supportive, helpful, “makes life easy” etc. This is the most useless app developed on the internet.
The only time it works is when I have to renew my subscription for fiber. When the internet is down and I have to report it - firstly you cant use the app because of no connectivity. When I switch to mobile data, it takes an eternity to load anything and everything and the most crucial thing, there is not option to report an issue! You have to go to self help, which has no help for connectivity issues. If I call customer care, it is always busy. If I power through the app, it will log me off every time! Just like today, I have been logged off, generated an OTP to login which is valid for 15mins but the screen to enter the OTP does not load within 15mins! I dont know what is the use of this app.

Very pro marketing

Less support oriented. Things like creating service request should be at the front. Have to hunt for it.

Poor control

Very poor control to block device and change password. Very slow. Sometimes does not work well
