Poor communication

Very poor communication in delivery process meant I never received my order despite being home at the time of delivery. They do not provide tracking updates on their app and only do so through text message and email. I did not have my phone so I didn’t receive any of the texts. The emails also look like spam so I did not see them. They will not knock (I did not know this until after). Since then, customer service has been unwavering and unhelpful. Very amateur, would not recommend.
