Poor communication
Very poor communication in delivery process meant I never received my order despite being home at the time of delivery. They do not provide tracking updates on their app and only do so through text message and email. I did not have my phone so I didn’t receive any of the texts. The emails also look like spam so I did not see them. They will not knock (I did not know this until after). Since then, customer service has been unwavering and unhelpful. Very amateur, would not recommend.

Basement Reno Material Delivery
This company is quite new but they are very promising! I decided to order materials from them for my basement renovation since I was not satisfied with a previous order from a different company. They delivered the materials within 1 hour of ordering to my contractors as promised. I honestly doubted their promise regarding the delivery time but they proved me wrong. I highly recommend Biiibo for delivery of construction materials and their customer service skills is a plus compared to other companies we have in the GTA.
