Needs more work
It's not the best app- slow and sluggish and I'm disappointed you haven't updated this in the past 5 years.
Fundraising tool
It is difficult to navigate to all of the fundraising tool, including social media templates.
Broken
The application will let me log in, but doesn’t let me get past the integration dialogue/panel. It’s supposed to be a quick selection of messaging apps I use “guessing,” but there’s no way to close or skip this feature and it’s the first thing that loads after you login after first installation. The app is useless on iPhone 14.

Website is not flexible
I can’t search for new rides here. I have to use separate websites which is a pain.
Check deposit
The check deposit function is sporadically non functional. This also occurred last year. Very frustrating!!
Reoccurring login errors
IOS Bike MS app frequently fails to login stating “Invalid Credentials — you have entered an invalid user name & password”.
Error occurs even with current valid credentials for both manual entry and face-ID auto login.
Credentials are valid as they successfully login to the web site version of Bike MS Donor Drive.
However, there is no two-way activity sync so the app users need to stick with tracking training activities through the IOS app, so failing to launch to record event training activities is a material impact for the user experience.

Use on tablet
This app is great for handling all the info for any MS fundraising event one is participating in and I really like the check scan feature. The one draw back for this app is using it on a tablet where it only works in profile instead of landscape. This should be addressed.
