Decent app, needs better user experience
Decent to get the job done, but want more favorites features, filtering features, ability to set preference for electric, ability to give more feedback about the rider experience in real time
Great ride
Super convenient
Better every year
The app improves a bit each year. It works consistently well for me now.
Great
I love the app. I love the service

100th ride biker
Bike share app is good but the city is slacking on relocating bikes on the northern bike docks. Many docking stations that I frequently use are empty when I would like to use them.
Rocks!
Rocks!
At least try
It’s great. Back in the day it had bugs and issues. Nowadays it is clean and smooth.
Best option to bike Toronto!
Been a BikeShare user for a decade, and it’s how I get around town! Always a bike available, they’re sturdy and you park them and forget about them! It’s the best.
So handy
I truly enjoy the convenience of the city bikes, and how they’ve really expanded into so many different neighbourhoods!
Great service
Good service
I love it!
Works perfectly
Convenient
Good app. Super convenient. Have only hot a few bugs here and there, but for the most part it works well. Would like to see more accurate location and direction tracking in the app. I usually switch between Google Maps and this app to track which direction I'm moving when looking for a docking station.

Great!
Really great!
Easy
So handy
Very good experiencia and easy to use
Jesus is the truth, way and life
Horrible app
Errors all the time. Have to swipe out and swipe back in to the app all the time. Won’t end your ride when you lock your bike back up. Says a bike is unavailable even when it’s right in front of you. AWFUL app. I’d rather pay for an Uber
Excellent app experience
App works perfectly — never have any issues
Fastest commute option
Tried all options downtown and this is truly the smoothest, fastest, most reliable commuting option.
