Exceptional Service

BIXI provides an exceptional service both on the field and off the field.

Bikes are always ready to go with good tires (they now recently made winter operations possible).

The app always shows accurate information and is very quick to unlock the bikes.

The customer service is polite, quick, and responsive.

Problème de traduction

Soudainement, probablement depuis la dernière mise à jour jour, la moitié de l’application est maintenant en anglais. Gros manque de rigueur!

Very convenient

Despite using it little, It's something very convenient to have at least during the summer months, if you got the chance to install recommended, although it would be amazing if they have more stations, so far you can only reliable use it if you live I the boroughs nearby downtown
