No refund issued even after weeks
They are not returning the authorization money. They charged 200 for 2 cycles and didnt even returned yet. Worst service ever.

L’appli permet facilement de trouver les vélos partout en ville.
Mais une récente mise à jour provoque une déconnexion à chaque nouvelle ouverture , ce qui est vraiment pénible pour l’expérience

log out bug
The app is a bit buggy, occasionally it will forget to end the timer on the bike and it will often log me out of my account when I’m done a ride. I’ll get “login detected” emails, it’s annoying . Pls fix it

De plus toujours avoir sa clé physique. Cette année sur en moyenne 20 utilisation j’ai au moins 1 bug et le vélo ne débarre pas avec l’application.

Setting up is frustrating
Requires a ‘pass’ fee just to open an account and activate the app. No connectivity to your Apple wallet and the camera feature to input your credit card number freezes the app — meaning you’ll have to restart the registration process again.
Great functionality for a great service
App works perfectly for its purpose
No invoice sent, often can't park,freezes often
After usage, you don’t receive an invoice by email or see the amount charged in the app. Instead, you get a surprise on the 20th of the month — and it can be an unpleasant one, such as a charge because your bike didn’t register as properly docked. On top of that, you can come home only to find no available parking spots at the five nearest stations, forcing you to walk 30 minutes after docking your bike further away. The app frequently freezes after scanning, requiring you to close and reopen it and try several different bikes before one unlocks. During events like festivals and fireworks, parking is unavailable, and even if you’re lucky enough to find an employee collecting bikes, you still have to wait in line to dock yours. Better to buy a bike.

Les vélos sont en bon état l’application est très efficace pour trouver et rendre un vélo ! Bref rien à dire quand on a essayé on ne peut plus s’en passer
