Very convenient
Despite using it little, It's something very convenient to have at least during the summer months, if you got the chance to install recommended, although it would be amazing if they have more stations, so far you can only reliable use it if you live I the boroughs nearby downtown
Great Service
It’s a great service, and the app does a fairly decent job although the map won’t refresh when you move so it’s at the last location when you open it again. A minor quibble. Everything else works very smoothly and I’m quite happy.
Let us cancel memberships in the app
You only let users subscribe but not cancel memberships in your app. Unacceptable.

Cela fait maintenant deux fois, sur trois utilisations au cours des trois dernières années, que l’application de mon amie — qui a payé un abonnement lui permettant d’inviter une amie gratuitement — ne fonctionne pas correctement.
2/3 fois je dois payer malgré tout, et en plus, un montant supplémentaire m’est facturé par erreur par Bixi… Cela vient encore de se reproduire. On dirait que c’est fait exprès car pris prends la peine de faire les démarches pour 3$/5$ supplémentaire

In the app, it's impossible to pay for a suspended subscription. The service gets worse every year.
Now, it's impossible to unlock a normal bicycle. And the technical support service outright lies, saying the bicycle is faulty at the very moment when you are looking at it and it's in perfect condition. They suggest using a different station at a time when you have a heavy bag. They suggest waiting more than three hours for a field specialist and even suggest that you sleep next to the station!!!

Worst customer service experience ever
My Bixi bike was stolen from where I parked it to quickly get an order outside the restaurant and I can’t get hold of the customer service for more than 30 mins and my time is reading
Too much unexplained technical problems
The bikes are mostly unavailable at the docking stations. I get another problem of the bikes being unlocked on the app but it is still locked. I don’t know if this me that experience this similar problems over and over again but I wasted paying for a monthly subscription.

Glitchy app, unreliable service
Bixi continues to go downhill every single year. It really only works for people working office jobs who travel to downtown in the morning and leave in the evening- if that’s not you you will frequently be late because you either won’t be able to find a bike in “off” hours or you won’t be able to find a place to dock a bike since they refill the stations to FULL, instead of half which is what would make sense. This is a known issue that they consistently fill stations or leave them empty, so it’s often impossible to find a place to dock your bike especially outside of downtown after 7pm. Every time you take a Bixi you also risk having an issue with the bike, such as the bike not registering when you try to dock it, and you end up stuck with the bike sometimes for HOURS until a technician can come help. I am so often late because of all the Bixi malfunctions that I would rather walk or metro at this point. They raised the prices too and it’s so overpriced for this poor quality. DO NOT recommend.

Frustrating service.
The service has become unreliable and frustrating. Most stations only have electric bikes, which makes the monthly membership pointless since you still have to pay extra to use them. Many stations, especially in Rosemont, remain empty for most of the day. Very disappointing experience.

Renouvellement automatique caché pour les passes saisonnières + achat d'aller simple qu'on perd au bout de 15 minutes pour aucune asti de raison. Pogné pour appeler le support pour quêter le remboursement de 1.50$ pour aucune asti de raison.
Been loving Bixi for a decade
I went to university in Montreal years ago and we used to take Bixi everywhere and now a decade later whenever I visited Sylvia primary way we get around and it is so convenient and fun and the best way to get around this town. Great system and availability of bikes and docking stations. Highly recommend!
