bad customer service and actual service
The bike wouldn’t dock, customer service was a whole ordeal and tried to make me pay $1200 for “stealing” it when i was just trying to return it.

The docking stations are terrible and so is the customer service line.

I’ve seen others have issues with payments or returning a bike and still being charged. I have money in the bank and the app keeps telling me “find another form of payment”. I uploaded three different credit cards that has funds on them. I keep getting the same message. Smfh!!!!!
If someone was trying to kidnap me and my only way out was a blue bike, it would be a WRAP for me, instant prey.
This is not my first time having difficulties with payments. I even had it on payday so I know the problems not me. Great idea but terrible service.

Unreliable. Horrible experience
No bikes when you need one, no docks when you need one. So you walk a lot to find a bike and you walk a lot after docking it far from your destination. More often than not, walking directly to your destination is the faster option.
