Never worked
I tried multiple times to get a bike and it never worked for me. Deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, but it still didnt work
bad customer service and actual service
The bike wouldn’t dock, customer service was a whole ordeal and tried to make me pay $1200 for “stealing” it when i was just trying to return it.

The docking stations are terrible and so is the customer service line.

I’ve seen others have issues with payments or returning a bike and still being charged. I have money in the bank and the app keeps telling me “find another form of payment”. I uploaded three different credit cards that has funds on them. I keep getting the same message. Smfh!!!!!
If someone was trying to kidnap me and my only way out was a blue bike, it would be a WRAP for me, instant prey.

Unreliable. Horrible experience
No bikes when you need one, no docks when you need one. So you walk a lot to find a bike and you walk a lot after docking it far from your destination. More often than not, walking directly to your destination is the faster option.

App has not been working for a couple of days now. Can’t check out bikes, can’t reserve e-bikes, customer service has been completely unhelpful.

Stole my money
I spent the $3 needed to use the bike, it said something went wrong but still took my money. It’s only when I spent another $3, totaling to $6 did it work. Doubling the amount needed to ride. This happened more than once. My friends only had to spend $3

Some of the bicycles might not be properly maintained or they might be very old and broken. I had a very bad and dangerous experience. While using one of these bikes in Brighton Massachusetts area the end of the May or early June. Traumatized and frustrated and was hurt that much that don’t even wanna look up for exact time. Also they promised something else for electric bikes but started to charge completely different price after a couple uses on their premium plan or whatever. Please be careful and cautious. Take care and always stay safe

Please please add something to the app to let us know when the people won’t be at Longwood to remove the bikes from the racks as we drop off, it’s such a waste of time to bike in when they aren’t there and then start the quest to find an open rack for the 100+ of us who usually drop off at Longwood
Update, dropping my review score, they added a little emblem to show that someone was at Longwood but then you get a bike and show up and nobody is there anyways half the time so it’s a lie anyways, what a waste the membership is half of the year in the winter!

No bike when you need one, no dock when you need one. Too often it's a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and it doesn't look like they have any intention of fixing that.
