Not good
I uploaded this app to my phone and I can check the locations of available bikes but that is it. I’m trying to login but cannot figure out where to go to get the customer number to do this. This is not an easy app to use.
Here’s an update on my review. To sign in you need to go to the login page. Tap on forgot my pin, this will take you to a page to either sign up or login . You must choose the subscription type and then you can sign up. Follow the prompts.

poor design and doesn’t work
My login credentials were denied, even though they were all correct. The app is not user friendly at all, very disappointing.
