Reset Reminder

Was able to reset the service date and mileage using an old foseal wifi obd2 reader. Couldn’t back date the date to the actual day I did the service as it would error out. It did let me apply the date the app was connected. Hey, at least the message is gone now. Better than having to go to the dealer. Bike is a 2024 G310GS.

Finally reset service reminder.

At first tried a OBD LX but they don’t work with iOS. Remembered I had a cheap one in my van. Plugged it in and it worked. Veepeak something…. Haven’t even begun to see what I can read but am looking forward to playing. Once o got the right module t the app started doing its thing. Seems very comprehensive. Riding a BMW G310 GS.

Awesome

Worked perfectly with my OBDLink MX+ and was easy to set the service interval and clear fault codes. It’s a great app to use and definitely one all BMW bike owners need. Very happy with the price for the pro upgrade and that it’s not a subscription or locked to a vehicle.

I believe you are running iOS 18, which is perfectly fine. It is my fault to have not tested older devices and operating systems. Please relaunch the app, or go to Settings > About > Check for updates. Thank you.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich habe den Adapter UniCarScan UCSI-2100 verwendet.
Konnte mit dem Adapter und der App (gekauft) den Service an meiner BMW R Ninet von 2018 erfolgreich zurück setzen.
Da ich nur iOS Geräte besitze kam für mich die MotoScan App nicht in Frage, da es diese nicht für Apple gibt.
Mit dieser App hier scheint es zum Glück nun eine gute Alternative zu geben.
Für Selbstschrauber ist diese App sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle App!

Funktioniert tadellos! Der UniCarScan UCSI-2000 wurde sofort erkannt und meine BMW K1200RS problemlos ausgelesen. Mir war bewusst, dass dieses Modell nur rudimentäre Funktionen hat. Trotzdem habe ich die Pro-Version gekauft, um die Entwickler zu unterstützen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es eine Lifetime-Lizenz ohne Abo gibt – das ist heutzutage leider selten geworden. Die App ist modern gestaltet, läuft bislang einwandfrei und macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich freue mich auf zukünftige Funktionen. Vielen Dank an das Entwicklerteam und weiter so!

Well done

Exactly what I needed to reset my maintenance reminder message on my ‘22 1250 GS Adventure. I do my own service, and it’s nice to be able to reset the service intervals and not need a fancy or expensive unit or go to the dealer. Used a vLinker BM+ and it was easy and quick. Highly recommend this app for doing your own service resets.
