No more Amex support!
I used to love this app so much and would always order bill grays with it but recently my saved Amex credit card has become invalid and they won’t let me re-add it saying it’s not supported. My main dining card is an Amex so this app is useless to me now. Fortunately the actual store still takes Amex!

Doesn’t work
After the update, my username and password do not work and resetting the password does not send an email. Can’t even try re-signing up because it recognizes my email as a current customer. Total fail

We order weekly usually (sometimes daily!) as we and love the consistency as well as the quality of the food. The Penfield store is our go to and they are awesome. Cooks are fantastic and the counter crew very very good! If any problems they make it right and we will always come back!

App doesn’t work like it used to before. Now if won’t let me order on there.
Needs to actually sync with DoorDash
Have a DoorDash account and I always get charged going through the bill grays app for delivery fee, even though I have dash pass. Only reason for not getting 5 stars
