The app presents all your food choices & extras in an easy format. If you care to choose a later time from the default “asap” that as well is very easy to use. You receive the thank you for your order and later while you’re heading to your location for pickup again your order is ready! Very well thought out app. It’s good for me 😋

Good App/Bad Rewards
Have to spend $120 to get a $3 slice of pie for free. Really not worth it. Reward system sucks.
App works great for ordering food ahead of time!
I order our food, wade through traffic and then the food is ready when I get there! Win! Win! The quality control is much better this way, no rush just great quality! Love me some Bill Millers Bar B Que!
Is this a Door Dash app or BM?
Found it odd that when we ordered through the Bill Miller App, it showed up as Door Dash even though we picked up at the restaurant. Also, there is no way to delete CC info so had to cancel my entire account.

Great App
They did a great job with this!
Location problems
Ok so I must be getting old. There are not a lot of Bill Miller restaurants and when I try to order from the app I have a problem selecting the correct location. I know this is probably just a me problem but with other food apps they will ask me if I’m sure of the area or location I am ordering from before allowing me to check out. Maybe the developer of this app could add in one final step before purchase to allow the user to verify they are where they think they are by using location services and the nearest Bill Miller to me.

Love this App!
Best app I’ve ever used so easy to maneuver
Useful when I can’t wait.
I usually call the store to order. But this morning I thought I’d try the app. It had me set to the closest location and the wait time was 5-10 minutes. I needed to go to work in to town and I was surprised it changed to 15-20. It’s a busy location off 410 and I was ordering it way sooner than I needed it so that worked out. When o go there, my order was ready to go. My only complaints were that I couldn’t order a refill for my Bill Miller cup and I didn’t receive a text notice that my order was ready until 4 hours after I already picked it up.

Log in issue
I get an error when I try to create an account. An error message appears saying “email/account already exists”. I’m redirected to log in. Then when i try to log in I’m prompted to create an account. If i enter “forgot password” and enter my email I’m told “my email is not associated with an existing account”. Please fix

Horrible app
This app is horrible. They offer a rewards program but the points never upload. The app ordering process takes longer than going through the drive thru.

App not working
I uninstalled the app after getting error 403, plus I lost over 500+ rewards. I reinstalled the app and same issue.
Like Bill Millers having app but………
The scan feature is not working, and I’m experiencing issues when entering receipt information so then I have to go through Spendgo. Despite recent updates, the problems persist. I make purchases every 2–3 days, so this has been inconvenient.

Great Idea, Poorly Created
The app works for checking the menu and finding locations, but that’s it.
The payment section doesn’t work at all, so I can’t order online to keep from waiting in long lines.
Even though you scan the QR code at the register you only get the points about 20% of the time, so even though I’ve spent hundreds, I have less than 100 points.
In addition, the employees will outright tell you that “it doesn’t work, but there’s nothing they can do about it.”
On a side note concerning the company, one of the locations completely screwed up my order, but it wasn’t near my house so I called it in and they took my name and number and told me to come back in the next couple days and I’d get some if the meal comped. I showed up and they basically called me a liar and gave me nothing even though I was buying more. I contacted corporate and they said they would send me a gift card instead, but it never came.

Love the app! And now rewards to boot!
Could use a lot of work
Should have the ability to scan my receipt for the rewards given that the ladies at the window never remind you about the app so it’s very likely you will not order on it.
Frustrating ..not fluid
You can add points manually but it's a process (manage account/get a code via text or email). If you want to see more features (like activity) you have to get another code so it's not fluid.
