Best in all apps , i have wasted my money on EZO billing , but this one is the best billing app
Bad customer service
A lot features they are missing staff mangement is worthless no weighing scale integration no catalogue making for shop offline no offers making like buy one get one free . And many more .
Poor features under development
App is still under development. They are slow on taking feedback and acting up on it. No comprehensive reporting, loyalty points of no use.

Frustrating customer support service
Even after multiple complaints, team is unable to solve problems from the platform, I have requested multiple times that negative billing should not be possible, like if stock is not there in store then it must restrict billing agent from doing billing.
For checking this issue support team has asked OTP of admin account & added their own account as an admin in account, there is 0 privacy in the application, there is no option of removing that admin now from the application.
Also for the reason for which access was taken is still unresolved even after multiple weeks, very bad user experience, now if you call customer support they will not even pick your phone or do callback as their team has no resolution to the complaints.
And I’m not asking for any new feature, the feature is already there in the application, just that app is so buggy that it’s not working.
