A lot features they are missing staff mangement is worthless no weighing scale integration no catalogue making for shop offline no offers making like buy one get one free . And many more .
Poor features under development
App is still under development. They are slow on taking feedback and acting up on it. No comprehensive reporting, loyalty points of no use.

Frustrating customer support service
Even after multiple complaints, team is unable to solve problems from the platform, I have requested multiple times that negative billing should not be possible, like if stock is not there in store then it must restrict billing agent from doing billing.
For checking this issue support team has asked OTP of admin account & added their own account as an admin in account, there is 0 privacy in the application, there is no option of removing that admin now from the application.
Also for the reason for which access was taken is still unresolved even after multiple weeks, very bad user experience, now if you call customer support they will not even pick your phone or do callback as their team has no resolution to the complaints.
And I’m not asking for any new feature, the feature is already there in the application, just that app is so buggy that it’s not working.

rarely write reviews, but my experience with billing fast has been frustrating enough to warrant one. Their employes are selling printers on very hight price those printer are available at. Very cheap prices on other platforms very cleverly they sells local printer first by saying that you can return it if you are not satisfied with the printer as the printer only connects with their app it is not useful for us now we are asking hin to return that printer so he says that i cant return it mainly executive "AASHISH" manipulating his cusstomers with a very sweet tongue also as i signed up for their software expecting a stable, user-friendly solution, but what I got was a buggy, poorly designed product that’s clearly not ready for prime time and also they use to ask you for time to customise that software according to your need but as soon as you pay them they stops response you. The interface is clunky and unintuitive, basic features are either broken or half-implemented, and updates often introduce more issues than they solve. What’s most disappointing is the lack of transparency. Promised features are delayed indefinitely, and there’s no clear communication from the company. I feel like I’ve wasted both time and money on a tool that creates more problems than it solves.

This App is total trash, data changes automatically, app crashes most of the time, mainly there is only 1 person in charge who doesn’t pick you call.
Its been almost 8 months of my premium subscription and I even don’t know how my application looks like. I paid for it.
After all he agreed to return my money back 1 month ago and guess what….. yes not picking up my phone call !! It’s total fraud.
