I purchased coins for 149.99, after taxes $159.74, and The coins didn’t come through. I want a refund for the $159.74 because it charged my credit card and I didn’t receive my purchase !! I’m a great customer and have spent Thousands of dollars on this Huuuge Casino and I want my refund sent to my credit card that it was purchased under please. Thank you.

that l made. All my purchases have come out. I don’t
owe any money to anyone. My avatar has over 202 trillion
chips in my account. And l had to drop my account out

I have needed one silver puzzle piece to complete and have gone through over 100 silver tickets and still haven’t completed my puzzle. never have hit a jackpot and have gone from 10 billion chips to 2 billion in no time. Some of my teammates have gone through trillions. I don’t care what the company says your percentages of hitting and keeping your chips are extremely low. I’ve hit more jackpots when I lived in Las Vegas. just lost over 2 billion credits on your 10X slot only betting 2.5 million per turn without hitting a thing but cherries, and all I received was one charm pack. shame on you guys, I know you’re in it to make money but you’re taking all the fun out of it for your players. This is getting ridiculous. It’s been over a year since I wrote this review and nothing has gotten better. I need so may charms but all I get are duplicates, have never hit a top jackpot and I keep going through my credits like crazy. My team has shurnken to half the players. Hallo zusammen, ihr habt eigentlich ein schönes Spiel erstellt. Es ist leider total nervig nach jeder Runde erst einmal 3-5 Bezahlwerbung zu ertragen!!! Ich habe schon einiges investiert und musste dann feststellen, dass ihr es sehr geschickt anstellt mir mein Guthaben wieder zurück zu holen. Es macht absolut keinen Spaß wenn man tagelang nur verliert und dabei das Gefühl hat, dass es nur darum geht wieder zu bezahlen ansonsten kommt man nicht weiter.
Ihr solltet euch mal überlegen ob es nicht vielleicht besser ist, dass wir öfters mal gewinnen und dadurch nicht überlegen das Spiel zu löschen. Im Moment bleibe ich noch, ich weiß nur noch wie lange da ich keinen Goldesel besitze.
