I’m sorry if you have to use this app...
This UI/UX for this app is awful. Information doesn’t sync half the time and when you reach out to their technical team for assistance, they require you provide a screenshot of the log-in page. In order to provide the screenshot, you have to log out of the application. When you log out of the app, you loose all of the data that you entered… so why bother even reaching out? Why not just delete all of the entries and start over…
The app looks like it belongs on the original iPhone and was never updated. Information on the app doesn’t sync, automatically when changes are made on the website. Do not recommend BillQuick to any degree — there are so many other systems that are MUCH better for time and expense recording.
And the website is worse…

Please add autocorrect to the iOS app.
For the past two years, this app has not had autocorrect enabled on the iOS app. It is extremely annoying to write out each day and not have the option to quickly fix a small error when typing. I have sent emails to the developer asking for this, with the answer of asking if my auto correction is enabled on my device. Of course it is enabled, that’s why I would like it to be apart of this app.
Please add this to your next update Billquick

Worst app on my phone - useless
Our company uses this unfortunately. Expenses are impossible to submit, attachments never make it to our managers and in order to see new projects you need to log out and log in EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Outdated Design
The interface design looks outdated and not intuitive. It’s not designed for iPad.
Disappointing app
App uses old data, so is unhelpful. When I go into log time, only older projects show up so I can’t even use it for current work.
This app was last updated 6 months ago. BQ is clearly focusing only on its new, more pricey core product.

Excellent
Each version is an improvement in functionality
So Far So Good
So far, I've had a great experience with this app. It is way more intuitive than the online BQE system and much less buggy. I'd much rather sit here and input all of my time and expense into my phone than try to do it on BQE online version I access from my computer.
Wish more of the Project Mgmt portion was in the mobile app. But overall, this is a pretty slick app!

Constant Crashing
It was somewhat stable before the latest update but now it can't stay open. It instantly crashes to the home screen. Don't expect it to be useful when your outside of the office.
Crashes nonstop
I am traveling weekly and I can't open this app without it crashing before I get to the point of adding an expense. This is clearly and iOS 10 issue as I had no problems prior to upgrading my phone.
Doesn't stay open
It crashes soon after launch. Every once in a while it will stay open but it's rare.
Closes all the time
Much of the time the app closes itself. Completely unusable at times.
Missing Pieced
Could be an average but useful little app. It requires that you continuously run the app because once you close it all of your time sheet information is gone from the app. To see your billings you need to use the website. Almost a worthless app.
Pathetic
The interface is clumsy and confusing. Won't allow direct input of time duration, instead you must scroll they start time and end time. Hard to tell if time was entered. No good way to see time entries in a matrix.
This is what you get from a bunch of so called software engineers?? Makes me question their competence as a company, and rethink whether I want my company's time and expense and financial records tied into their software.

User
Nice for submitting T&E on the go but you cannot upload PDFs from your phone so you have to get on the computer to submit.
Super Easy to use
Functions well and is incredibly easy to use.
Excellent new features..
This definitely is loaded with new features. Love the way I can attach a receipt to expenses and to time entries. Memo capability is another great enhancement. Overall great improvement!
Simple yet smart app!
I have been using this app since the first version. The updated version definitely meets your expectations...the UI is simple, yet smart. I like it!
Such a time saver!
Being able to submit my expenses from my phone instead of holding onto receipts forever is great. And being able to enter my time and have it visible to my managers instantly has really cut down on time errors we used to make a lot (thank goodness!). Love this app--it's simple but does everything we need it to do, intuitively!

Finally, all the stuff I need
I just upgrade to the latest BillQuick Mobile app and have to say the latest changes are HUGE! Finally, I can attach receipts to my expense records. I just take a pic of the receipt in my hand and link it to my expense record. It's all uploaded to the BillQuick database my firm uses.
Another great new feature is that I'm not always online. Sometimes I'm on a plane and I don't pay for the wifi. So I can still do my time and expense tracking offline and when I land and hit the free wifi, all the data is uploaded automatically to our database server without me even bothering to do anything.
A new feature I noticed is the ability to submit your time and expense records. Previously I had to go to my desktop to submit these to my manager, but now I can do this remotely from the mobile app.
These are all great new features. Thanks BQE for releasing this huge new update.

Desperately needs new entry method. Scrolling takes too long!
The concept got this app 1 stars. It initially seemed like such a great idea, our company changed our database system to accomodate using this app as we have several employees who are almost always in the field.
The app lost 4 stars because of this: You have to scroll down your entire list of projects to select one. This list is in ascending order and cannot be changed. If your company only has a handful of projects and even fewer tasks, it isn't an issue but our company has a lot of both so it means a lot of scrolling! When you're done scrolling for the project, then you have to scroll for the task. I would suggest to the developers they implement the same "simple view" timesheet and expense log screem as in the software so that previously entered projects and tasks or expense codes show up. What could be even better is to enable the user to manually enter the project by number or name.
Until this change happens, BillQuick should change this app's name to BillSLOW!
