Worst app…..useless
It is one of the worst app companies like lic sbi they do-not care attaching policy to this app and app is non functional most of the time useless app avoid using it
Not able to Login
I have downloaded the latest version of the app from AppStore. While login it is asking me to update the app. I am not able to see any new update. I am not able to use this app.
Never opens
Even after updating the app it never opens and says technical failure.

Sign up issues
Unable to sign up after several attempts in different days due to OTP not received timely, However once received OTP timely but due to email/mobile number not verified again for OTP as a result sign up not successful. Very frustrating & disappointing…….. pls drop such app from App Store
Total Farce
Just cannot login since the last month or so. The OTP never arrives, whether I’m using my mobile number, email or PAN for accreditation. Even tried registering afresh, but no OTP!

It’s a primitive one. No professional design. Full of errors and repetition. That’s why people always trust private firms and avoid public services.
Useless App
Not able to login , gives feeling of typical government app which they deliberately wanted to not work so that people will visit govt offices and black money market to thrive

When I’m trying to add the OTP from the email to get the verified email, it does navigate to the 2 page of the registration. So bad service…
Worst app and UI
Too many problems. Can’t login at first time, cannot update the family member details. Fully buggy app. This shows how government apps are.
