Notifications not working

Worked well until the last update. App icon now permanently shows a ‘1’ although there are no pending notifications. Also unable to set a notification time as it just reverts back to the default of 6 pm. Reported twice but no response.

Now permanently showing an notification alert on icon? Enable automatic updates takes up more screen than the rest of the features !!!

Not adding address

Despite having asked on 4 occasions for them to add my address to the app they have failed to do so and given no response as to why they haven’t. They seem to have no problem billing me for my council tax at the address
