Notifications not working
Worked well until the last update. App icon now permanently shows a ‘1’ although there are no pending notifications. Also unable to set a notification time as it just reverts back to the default of 6 pm. Reported twice but no response.
Update
Now permanently showing an notification alert on icon? Enable automatic updates takes up more screen than the rest of the features !!!

Not adding address
Despite having asked on 4 occasions for them to add my address to the app they have failed to do so and given no response as to why they haven’t. They seem to have no problem billing me for my council tax at the address
New residents
We have just moved from London where we didn’t have an app like this. It’s very easy to use and extremely helpful as it reminds me which bins are being collected each week. Brilliant when you’re slightly older and memory not what it was. My biggest challenge is the fact that the black bins here are for recycling and the green bins for general waste!

I can never remember which bin is on which week so I therefore find this app extremely useful.

As I’ve just moved back to the area and am in what some ( not me!) might call the late autumn of my years , this app is invaluable as I transit from the schedule of bin collections of rural North Yorkshire to those of my birth place! All your colleagues both on the trucks and at the invaluable resource at Little Hautbois ( you’re closing it? Scandalous!) are helpful, funny and are to be congratulated on excellent service . Very simply tells you what and when for bins. Takes all the guesswork out of it. Brilliant app.

I really didn’t want another app on my phone but this does make it so easy to know when and what bins are going out. Only thing i need to search for is the app!
