App not working
Until today no problems, but went to check which bin to be collected and the usual page with the info not there. App not responding, not working. Says put in your h …….. My h what? Tried post code, selected home address, nothing.
No longer works
This was a simple app that worked perfectly. Now inputting postcode doesn’t work OR if it does, the calendar can’t be see. As it’s hidden behind a notice about a recycling event.

Nothing happens when I put in my post code.
Non responsive app
For the last two weeks i have been unable to access the app , put my postcode in and it does nothing, have messaged about the app twice but no reply or remedy as yet. , although i still get the notifications. Not sure if this corresponds to the latest update !
If it ain’t broke
Why take a perfectly functioning app and redesign it and break it. Useless. Deleting and won’t come back. How about testing?
Stopped working
Used to work fine. Now I enter my postcode, select it from the drop down list and nothing happens.

Suddenly after an update stopped working completely, great when it worked, now nothing.

Since installing the latest iOS update for my iPhone 16 the app no longer works. I have messaged the developer but have been ignored

I’ve sent you an email but no reply - the app stopped working when you updated it. Please fix. It worked fine so no idea why you had to mess with it anyway.
What’s gone wrong!!!
This app used to be good but update has messed it up! Doesn’t recognise postcode (although to be fair even previously it only recognised my opposite neighbours- our houses have only been in existence since the early 1980’s so I suppose it is understandable it is having difficulty!). Also the new App logo colouring is dire and unreadable.
