I saw an ad and wanted to try it. Everything was going well until there was this weird buzzing noise that disrupted my dozing off. At first I thought it was my headphones so I took them off and did it without them. After a few minutes the buzzing started again. I’m not sure if it’s an app issue but I can say that after attempting to dose off twice and being alerted it ruined my nighttime sleep. I was more annoyed that instead of helping it just made my night worse. I did not get any rest.
