I have been playing this game since it came out. Had it for years. Use to be a fun game , now it’s just boring, 1 or 2 bingos in rainbow room and the rest good luck in getting your number’s called.way too many daub alerts for rewards which we all know benefits the game not the player. Your prices have gotten way too expensive. I use to buy monthly that’s going to end this is the last month I spend money on your game, yup you lost a costumer. Your side games are now just stupid, now real winnings like we use to get. And the club makes absolutely no sense what so ever. So congratulations you ruined a very fun game and sucked all that fun out of it just so you can rip us off. You’re a bunch of thieves now…..and since you really don’t care about your players , it’s getting to the point we don’t care about your game. I really don’t even want to bother with it anymore. You’re loosing players. I know this because I have to get rid of friends on my friends list cause they are not playing anymore. When they are absent for over 100 days it’s safe to say they quit your game cause you totally screwed it up…I’m next to quit and delete.

I cannot delete my account or my information no matter what I do and somehow they linked my Facebook without my knowledge and want my approval after the fact to ‘approve the account deletion’. When I went to the company website to customer service to have them delete it, the email service is specifically designed so you cannot actually request help. When I attempt to delete in game- it freezes.

Please fix this glitch
I’ve been playing this game for years. Finally was able to download to my iPad. The game loads and able to collect daily money, gems etc.. once I click to actually play a game the app shuts down, not able to actually play a game. Hopefully you can resolve this issue. I love this game but with this current issue,I’m not happy. I still give it 5 stars

Game keeps crashing or freezing up since the newest update. This is not on my end as I have deleted app, reinstalled on 2 different devices and still the same results. Can’t even send to support help because it crashes.

You may replenish the coins that I’ve lost, but only a 1/3rd of what I have spent to play in the round.
PLEASE do an update to correct this problem; it’s been going on for a few months now. And YES, I have deleted and reinstalled the app a few times to see if this would help fix the problem- IT HASN’T

Ich würde sehr gerne dem Spiel 10 Sterne geben, aber seit paar Monaten stürzt das Spiel ständig ab und die Hälfte der gewonnenen Items gehen verloren.. Das finde ich extrem ärgerlich. I literally just want to play bingo and it takes like 10 minutes just to get to play because it pops up all these games of things. It’s just too much.
