Missing Balance
Warning! Check your winnings carefully. This is the second time this game has taken money from me. I won $64, but only $42 was added to my balance. I won 54 and get 34 on my account. Money sissapear and customer service doesn’t respond. This feels like theft. Stay away from this app.
Can’t withdraw money
The game will not let me withdraw because it says it can’t verify my account? But it could take my deposit though?
Missing Balance After Refund
I am very disappointed with this game. I entered three Bingo games, paying about $21 in total. Since no one joined the games, my entry fees were refunded, which was expected.
However, immediately after the refund, $2–3 disappeared from my account balance without any explanation. I had no idea where my money went, and there was no clear transaction showing why it was deducted.
This is not the first time this has happened. It keeps happening, and I am tired of losing money without any explanation.
Players deserve complete transparency. Every deduction should be clearly explained in the transaction history. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this game. I hope other players pay close attention to their balances.
