I’ve been waiting for almost a month now for my deposit to be sent. Still showing pending and I have messaged customer support 10 times with no response. This is a scam game do not play!!!!!

They’re all the same and all designed to give you a win or two, then start taking your money and asking you to deposit with these great special offers they promote. I’m disgusted with every single compete for money solitaire game they have here in the App Store. You are all lying thieves and You all make me sick

Can’t log on
I am not able to get on the game it won’t let me in. The home page will load but when I click start, it goes back to the home page. I clicked I have an account and inputted my phone #and it said phone error. I clicked on email and it sent me a reset link. Did that, went back to the homepage again, clicked on I have an account, put in my email
And new password and it said email error. Tried shutting the phone off (twice). Not sure what else to do. I’d delete the ape and reinstall but it says deleting the app deletes all data. I have money in the game and don’t want to lose it. I emailed them and I got an automated response saying that that email is only for login issues and I would have to use the in game customer service but how can I do that if I can’t log in????

There’s an ad after almost every game. Win or lose, have to watch an ad. I like this game but all the ads are ridiculous!
not refunded
i accidentally made a purchase and applied for a refund. the app said the money would be refunded and, until the amount was returned, they froze my account, saying i would be refunded in less than 24 hours. i, however, was not. my account was deleted and NO REFUND! don’t spend money on this app.
