I’ve been waiting for almost a month now for my deposit to be sent. Still showing pending and I have messaged customer support 10 times with no response. This is a scam game do not play!!!!!

I’m disgusted with every single compete for money solitaire game they have here in the App Store. You are all lying thieves and You all make me sick

Can’t log on
I am not able to get on the game it won’t let me in. The home page will load but when I click start, it goes back to the home page. I clicked I have an account and inputted my phone #and it said phone error. I clicked on email and it sent me a reset link. Did that, went back to the homepage again, clicked on I have an account, put in my email
And new password and it said email error. Tried shutting the phone off (twice). Not sure what else to do. I’d delete the ape and reinstall but it says deleting the app deletes all data. I have money in the game and don’t want to lose it. I emailed them and I got an automated response saying that that email is only for login issues and I would have to use the in game customer service but how can I do that if I can’t log in????

There’s an ad after almost every game. Win or lose, have to watch an ad. I like this game but all the ads are ridiculous!
not refunded
i accidentally made a purchase and applied for a refund. the app said the money would be refunded and, until the amount was returned, they froze my account, saying i would be refunded in less than 24 hours. i, however, was not. my account was deleted and NO REFUND! don’t spend money on this app.

It had me load money on here to play. When it was time to play the game, it said it wasn’t allowed in my country. The game literally had to verify my location before I added money. Then when I tried to withdraw my money, it only gave me half of it back. COMPLETE SCAM
Ads are horrible
Used to be an ok game. Now they have ads for deal dash which completely crash your device. It is a if the ad almost takes over. Unsafe.

Try any other Solitaire game this one is the worst!
10+ years, I’ve been playing Solitaire, bubble games for cash. This one is by far the worst. $10, I was up $70 by then end of the night and totally gone in an hour the next day. It’s a racket. I never write reviews. I want people to know. Put your money in another game.

I was prompted to put in my email and then Nothing HAPPENED after that! Tried deleting and reinstalling and the same thing happened!
Repetitive results no payout
I have gotten cash from games, but not this one.
I repeatedly play for a dollar and win a dollar then I play for a dollar and win $.50 or a dollar and then I play again and lose. It’s been this way for a month so if someone else has been paid, let me know and I’ll adjust my review number, but I am tired of the repetitive

Withdrew 3 days ago, a lot of apps like this usually withdraw within the same 24 hours, it’s quite a wait and just isn’t a good experience when you actually win, other than that is a fun game better mechanics than most but it’s just the withdrawal system it’s abit meh

Not able to play cash games
I’m really confused on what’s going on. I’ve been playing Bingo Arena just fine but for some reason I can’t play cash games in Solitaire Arena. I live in the same place. Did all the stuff. If I can’t play I’d really like a refund please. Specially if the law is preventing me from playing since I know some games like this won’t work depending on where you live. So please just refund me my money.
