I just spent $5 usd to play this stupid game and it’s making me use my phone number to play. I put my phone number in so many times but it tells me that my phone number is already in use when it’s not. so stupid

Ils font exprès de prendre 4 semaines pour vous donnez vos gains. C’est pas normal de prendre autant de temps . Skills fait toujours la pub de “ récupérer vos gains par PayPal rapidement.” Ils vous font croire avec leur publicités que l’argent est pratiquement à récupérer. C’est faux. Ajouter de l’argent prend 2 secondes mais récupérer prend 4 semaines. Dès que vous faite la démarche pour encaisser vos gains. Vous ne pouvez plus ajouter d’argent pour jouer. C’est malhonnête. Ils savent ce qu’ils font.Ils disent que il n’y a pas d’intelligence artificielle mais dès que vous commencez à gagner un peu, vous serai toujours mis contre les même 3 ou 4 joueur qui comme par hasard ont des scores monstrueux. Vous allez attendre 3 jours pour que quelqu’un joue contre vous alors que plein d’autres joueurs sont en ligne. comme si le jeu fait exprès. De vous mettre contre les meme 3 ou 4 profils. Bizarrement les gagnants on des noms bizarres comme si c’était les développeur du jeu qui viennent vous la mettre à l’envers.

I pay for 4 cards for 30 points and I only get 1 card, yes they refunded me my points but I’m tired of getting refunds when all I want is the 4 cards I paid for. Was working fine until about a week ago!! Need to fix this issue! This is becoming ridiculous!!!!!
Uneven Match Templates
It’s really unfortunate that they have such poor regulations on this game as it’s a great concept but that’s literally the only positive! The game has consistently had bugs, crashes out and sketchy operations but after the last update released, every single advanced (more expensive) game has loaded in accurate game templates. For example, the $3 entry, 2 card game will just load one card template on my end and the full two card game for my opponent making it an impossible match. You can clearly see this in all the replays and screenshots which their customer service acknowledges and continues to refund, but every time I check in on the issue it’s the same situation with more empty promises about them “working on it.” If that were the case they wouldn’t be asking me for the backend software screenshots (up down sequence) they’ve been given multiple times every single time I ask about it. For a company that thrives on stealing money- they don’t even do that well 🫠

BAD GLITCH
The last update is not working for all game play with multiple cards. Any match with two or more cards is only providing a single card for the match. This is an awful experience as an avid player. FIX THE GAME APP! Skillz support team has guided and provided several options to reset, uninstall, reinstall, etc… NOTHING!!

Glitchy, no accountability and super shady. Not sure what you can expect from this type of game but it’s alarming how bad expensive games glitch and crash, don’t provide replays or refunds. Shady all around which sucks because it’s a cool design if it worked right and would be fun if it was ethically managed
