Stuck on Chapter 23
I’ve been playing this game for years! I’ve reached Level 671 but my account has been stuck on Chapter 23 (Kids Bedroom) for months so I’m unable to continue the story. I’ve already contacted support through the app but haven’t received a response. I’m hoping someone can help reset my chapter. I’d hate to give the game up!

Fun until level 20
In the beginning they let you win a lot so you have a lot to play with. Once you hit level 20 you are lucky to get a bingo. And your coins to play with drops drastically. Then the number of balls called goes from 25 to 20. Sure it is a cute game but I am deleting because their greediness starts to show the further along you get

New update is garbage
This new update sucks. Playing the fun bingo cards no longer gives you stars for the level and now the story is gone? What’s even the point anymore

Beginning to Dislike
The game was initially very fun and totally addicting and now it’s a huge thumbs down! It’s nearly impossible to win, after the update it went from 25 balls down to 20 making winning even harder! They literally make it nearly impossible to get one bingo let alone multiple bingos! The coin entry cost constantly rises but not the payouts and bonuses! Events are nearly impossible to complete unless you spend money! I’m beginning to think that’s all these guys care about! With all that is going on in the world, it’s hard enough to survive and afford day to day expenses and things that should be a reprieve from the day to day stresses try to find another way to rob you!
