Disappointed
Got to level 980 and they stopped giving extra chances completely and when I asked them why they try to say it was never a feature it makes no sense to continue playing now unless I spend a bunch of money buying stuff!
Gems
I paid $2.99 to get 600 gems and I never got the gems. Idc about the $3. I just want my gems. I’m reaching out this way bc when I went to the support tab, it kept saying to use the chat click on the chat icon in the upper right hand corner and there was no chat icon in the upper right corner. Then I clicked on the “still need help” button and it asked me for a support id or something like that. I don’t have a support id and I don’t know what it is. I have the screenshots to prove that I paid the $2.99 and I also have a screenshot showing I still only have 50 gems.

Out of Clients
I love this game and have been playing it for years, some levels are genuinely very challenging and nearly impossible without in app purchases but I like the challenge. Only complaint is I am on level 18,891 and have been out of “clients” in the game for going on a month. There seems to be endless levels but not clients which is the actual design part of the game. Please update to add more!!

Awful!
I had been playing this for a long time. I’d read other reviews that the game froze up once in a while, but I’d never had that problem. Until today! It froze my phone! A phone geek had to help me shut it down and I deleted the game forever. While I enjoyed it, it’s not worth my phone! Good bye property Brothers! If you ever work the kinks out…let me know.

Game has not been loading, just crashing for 2+ weeks
I’ll preface this by saying I love the game but it sucks that it won’t work and they haven’t fixed it. I reached out to support over a week ago and still haven’t heard back, super disappointing since I’m such a high level. Last thing I want to do is start from scratch especially when I’ve spent money on the game.
