No help
I contacted support to help with my missing chihuahua and my ticket was closed with no help or email support. Very disappointed in this game considering that i’m a paying customer since there’s no other way to get gems. I’m considering quitting the game after this but the community is nice. However, there’s no point if the game can barely function the way it should. The forum has discussed this issue of pets disappearing for years so i’m surprised this hasn’t been patched yet. Others said this was resolved through email so I’m not sure why my situation was different or if they just don’t care anymore. Will change my review if i’m offered support.

Everything is so cool because you can get your own animals and it’s kind of hard to get gems so the person that made this has to make money to get the gems so not real money but the coins in the game that will help a lot of people

I remembered this game the other day from when I was little. Everything looks the same which I love. But the wait times are so bad. It’s hard to play and build when you have to wait 8-24 hours for the stuff
Gets boring
The app does not give you wants to earn diamonds so you HAVE to spend money. If you cant afford it, it gets boring really quick. Fools you into thinking you will be able to earn them in the first month or so with a to do list but it only gives you a handful.
