Fun game but has connection issues
Newest update has broken something. I often get connection errors and they resolve on their own quickly, but the game then spits out all the balls at once and I only have 3 seconds to daub them all. Have lost a good bit of game currency to this.
Used to be fun
This latest update sucks. Cooking dishes almost impossible because everything requires way to many of an ingredient and all of the ones listed to cook require most of the same ingredients. Getting them has gotten harder to. Why aren’t new players being sent to groups to join, and no global chat to invite players either to help grow the group you’re in. Winnings are way down and all the little side games don’t supplement enough winnings to keep you in the game either. I also agree with the others about the puzzle pieces and winning them is ridiculous at times playing 4 cards per round 20 or more times to get the last puzzle piece. There’s also not enough ways to get the purple and gold cards. I haven’t been able to complete a complete set of cards yet. The mini games I don’t even win enough to complete the final round in hopes of a purple card. Even if I do it usually ends up being a duplicate. If changes aren’t made soon this is gonna be a delete!

I downloaded this game a week ago and played it everyday anytime I get a free moment and it’s not given me anything for everything I’ve completed..
Bots
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and used to love it. The game has gotten ridiculous now. Been trying for three weeks to get the last puzzle piece to complete a card. And I’m convinced there are bots playing on the game cause how are people getting bingos after only two balls are called.

Money grubbing app
This game is such a scam. They keep changing features so it requires more bingo cash or more gems in order to use power ups or do other things. The different rooms are fine, otherwise it would be fun.

It’s weird that someone would “Bingo” with just one or two numbers, like…how? And it’s happens too often. The graphics are good though.
Not fun unless you are making in app purchases
Game is fun in the beginning but after you level up a few times then your earning of tickets, power ups, or other items that were abundant come to a halt. If you want the same you now need to purchase this pak and that pak.

Account is gone after 3 years of playing
I have been playing this game since 2023 with a level of almost 950 and over 4,500 power ups. So imagine my surprise when I logged in yesterday morning like I usually do to a brand new account at level 1. My profile shows as a player since 2023 but everything else is as if I have never played before. Customer support (which is limited to a chat in the app with vague responses) said it was undergoing a major update (then later referred to as an issue) and my original account should be restored in 8-10 hours. That was about 36 hours ago. Hoping to see this resolved by tomorrow morning or I will be deleting the app and requesting a few refunds.

It was fun. Once.
I’ve been playing this game for months, maybe even almost a year. Twice now all my progress has been lost suddenly. As of yesterday I lost everything. I had just played on it an hour or so before, went back to get the free extra tickets, and gone. I was up near level 200 and finally on a good track. I’m so frustrated and annoyed. Support is lousy too. Apparently the ONLY way to get it back is if it’s bound to FB. Well I had it saved on my Apple acct (which was also an option provided), but the bot can’t help with anything.

Sans même une mise à jour, je perd toute mon évolution et je dois recommencer depuis le début! Alors que je me connecte avec Apple pour ne pas la perdre justement. Et aucune possibilité de contact via l’application. Quel dommage car j’aimais beaucoup ce jeu.

After years of playing the game EVERYDAY, I opened up the game tonight to find myself back to Level 1. Not willing to start over. Plenty of other bingo games out there. See ya.
