Game Crashes Often
I have had numerous problems with this game crashing. It doesn’t crash all the time, but I’ve reported it every time. The amount of times that it has crashed has caused the team to email me and tell me that I’m experiencing an unusual amount of problems (this happened within the first day of downloading). I play Blackout Bingo without this problem ever occurring, so I know it isn’t my phone. I have checked my wifi, redownloaded the app, and powered off my phone. It’s very frustrating when a crash occurs during a cash match because it will show the match as “aborted,” even if I would have ended with a higher score than my opponent. The team will refund me, but only the amount that I paid for that game, not how much I would have received in a match I won. The game always crashes after my final score is revealed, and I usually have the higher score, but it will show that I lost. I love the gameplay, but the random crashes are annoying and may cause players to lose money. Just warning those that are leery of downloading.
