I am highly put out by the currently implemented changes that this company has foregone and keeps on heading in the direction of *less for less* especially for those of us loyal long term high level players!! This had been one of my top favorite games-
Now it’s the advertised competition cliche of playing for dayssss only to frustratingly make & of course lose pennies..

Add to this the rhetoric & lip service when complaining, the comebacks of feigning non understanding @ every turn asking for more details when you’ve furnishing aaaall the information necessary, gross!

New bingo stars 4 me
I saw your ad on a different bingo game. I wasn’t happy with the paying out part. I won a decent amount and tried to withdraw it. There is no live people or live support chat.🫤only I stumbled on my answer that it’s wait time to withdraw is 7 to 10 days. My brother was home on leave from the Marine Corps. I wanted to take him out for dinner at a new restaurant just opened here in Chicago. So I continued to play hoping to get more money and that’s when my numbers weren’t called anymore and I started to lose ALL of the money I worked so hard to save. That’s when I saw the ad for bingo stars! So far it’s all been smooth sailing (and winning)!!!😃
