Support and game crashing
Don’t bother playing this game, it’s been crashing out for nearly 3 years this month August now.

Wow! Clipwire!!! I have to keep watching a haunted merge game ad of a masked man impaling a young girls rectum he captured?!?!?!
Don’t bother. It’s not the same game as it used to be. The ads keep getting worse over time. You have to click out of the same ad at least 4 times now and they last longer. AND they interfere with your ability to play the game, constantly interrupts mine. If I accidentally tap my screen wrong, I get kicked into ads, sometimes back to back. Then just to rub salt in the wound, they throw the last ad at you to remove ads 🙄. I used to pay to play until they’ve made the ads so bad I refuse to drop another penny in this game. Don’t get me started on how many items you need to complete anything. The ratios are so far off you never reach the goals unless you pay to. Who wants to pay for that? I’m only here now for my friends, to chat. I’m not even competing anymore. They’ve taken all the fun out of it now. I used to enjoy playing, now I just go through the motions, do all the chores etc while I chat with friends.

Fun but annoying
Bingo story is fun to play. Most of my family plays together. There are several ways to complete the levels . The things I don’t enjoy are all the ads. It feels like it’s hard to get anywhere because there are ads every time I begin or end a level. The other thing is that it takes forever to get the houses open or to get to the five star trader level. The bonus games don’t give enough coins back to keep you playing. The other bonuses have been cut back to one to ten instead of 30-50. Plus the packages that are for sale are deceptive or they are way too expensive for the amount of tokens they offer. It feels like the game as many others do, have become a money pit. Yet buying the token packages only allow you to play a few games at a time.

Not like it used to be
There have been so many changes to this game since I first started and definitely not all for the good. Impossible to get anywhere without spending money. Yesterday I spent $29.99 + tax for a package in which I didn’t get everything and I have written several messages to support without any response.

Terrible game
This game is fun, but horrible. The game always crashes and it takes support a week or 2 to reply. They don’t reimburse you on tokens or all the powerups that you lose on the crashes. I would rate it 0 stars if I could

Made a purchase to get rid of ads and still get ads after every game. Tried to contact support but there is no support. They will not respond and they don’t care as long as they are making money. What a bad way to run a business.
Fix the crashes AND reimburse your customers
My game has crashed constantly for 3 months and no one has worked on it. It now takes 2-3 weeks to get reimbursed. Is there not any support working any more or is there so many problems with all players that you can’t keep up? Fix the game and while you are at it-get busy on making new designer stories, make higher starred items cuz everyone is 6* trader now. Game is boring and you lose everything when your game crashes..

Infested with gross dudes
The game itself is fine, but there is no option to turn off people being able to message you. Every single time I play, I’m harassed by creepy pathetic dudes that I have to individually block. Messaging developers to turn off the feature does nothing. The game isn’t worth playing any more because I’m sick of the constant harassment that runs rampant on this game with zero safeguards in place. If you want to be harassed by the scum of the earth every single day, this is the game for you.

What is going on?
I have played this game for a number of years and it used to be fun. Now, it is no longer fun as it doesn’t let you go past the first 2 collections, and recently it gives bare minimum items to collect to reach a decent number unless you use 320 items. It has now become my least favorite game to play.

Bingo Story is ever evolving but not in a positive way. They are trying to make a player spend hoards of money on a so called free game just so you can try a compete and complete daily, weekly or monthly challenges. It was never this bad. Players are leaving the game all the time Do better Clipwire.

Ads, ads, money grab, snarky support.
There are TONS of ads interrupting gameplay and support says if I spend money every 30 days, the ads will be greatly reduced. It’s hard to get ahead without buying virtual items to boost progress. I’ve been playing over 2 years and after this latest snafu, I am considering quitting. I have many friends all over the world and the basic game format is good, but when writing support about why do they continue to make the game harder with every 30 day event, they said “Feel free to leave the game.” AS IF I needed permission to quit, and what kind of game company hurls snarky comments like that to the very people who keep their pockets full? My advice is DON’T EVEN START PLAYING. There are many fun games that don’t cost so much, and BONUS!!they have staff that doesn’t talk to us like that! Im sure this will never get posted because they won’t like newbies knowing the truth.

Getting more unfair
With each new update you guys are getting more and more greedy. And it’s getting harder for those of us who are poor especially during Covid to actually have any fun and satisfaction earning new daubers and other rewards. It seems like you have to be rich now to be able to do anything. I liked this game in the beginning with 100% free games and you could get lots of club balls and other awesome rewards in events. Now though, what is the point? If you don’t have money to give these people everyday, I wouldn’t waste your time.

The glitches are numerous, it’s not random (although they will say it is), game crashes all the time, support doesn’t respond when you have issues, they just say sorry when they do, waste of time time!!!
