Dommage ce jeu est vraiment très sympa il y à plein de décors et de modes de jeux différents par contre si tu ne sors pas la carte bleue tu ne peux pas jouer bien longtemps donc devient vite inutile 😭

Lousy customer service
I enjoy the games, no ads, but your help page is awful. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I went into customer service and your computer doesn’t read! I kept saying speak to an agent. Would ask me questions that had nothing to do with my question. I just wanted a simple answer. Good customer service is far back in the past. It’s hard to find appropriate help and answers anywhere!

Its not great but its okay
The game is quite fun but the amount of money you need to play these games is crazy ridiculous, the higher level you get the more you need to spend to play and it doesnt help that the rewards you receive doesnt even match what you need to spend to play.

It’s fun but ends to fast. Purchased tickets numerous times but barely got any bingos. Disappointing

I love the game it’s fun. The graphics are amazing and there are a lot of little side quests that you can do. But takes more fake cash to play and the payout if you win is small. Example I got on this morning and I had 1200 so I went for the big jackpot. I got a few bingos and only received 500. If you have less than 150 you can’t play. You get all these tokens but you can only spend those on special daubs. I wish I could spend them on my fake cash so that I can play more. I have 100,000 tokens and 120 fake cash. So I can’t play until the next day.

Think you need to take away the paused feature. It’s affecting everyone’s ability play as some of us are waiting 10+ HOURS to play ONE game. It’s ridiculous and quite possibly the WORST update that you’ve done.

Don’t bother getting started with this game. It’s like all the other bingo games at first it’s wonderful you get all kinds of bingo and that last for a very short while cause then you have to spend money to get anything. It’s all the same story. These ads are a lie you do not get mangoes like that. Don’t bother getting started on this cam. You will be very sorry.

Fun but Cash Dependent
Really fun game, who doesn’t like bingo but one you hit level 100 you run out of coins/cash and the game sucks you into micro transactions. Love that it’s not filled with ads but wish there were more ways to earn cash and coins without micro transactions. Uninstalled before I spent anymore money.

This came is like a roller coaster. It will be winning and then lose all the games. Not even call one number on your card. On the club cards, even when I have the 2x diamonds it only gives me 1x. Makes me want to go find a different bingo game to play.

Earn a prize but don't receive it
This was a great game but now nothing but problems! They have side games to earn boosters in games, but when you complete the tasks, it doesn't give you the prize!! Try to send it to customer service to get your prize, but that's no help either!! The game has steadily gone down hill in the last few weeks. I'm not sure this game is even worth playing any longer!!

Developers, why did you change this game to make it harder to win anything? Is it greed that you want people to purchase more? Come on man, I used to give this game 5 stars. It’s now nearly impossible to win and play.
Super Spiel aber letzte Update schlecht
Mir hat das Spiel immer riesig Spaß gemacht und spiele es fast 2 Jahre schon aber seit dem letzten Update fallen zu schnell allgemein Bingo und man selber bekommt nie welche kann meistens eine Runde am Tag spielen weil man gar keine Bingos mehr bekommt, richtig schlecht geworden
AI game
The Game is AI not randomised it is designed to empty you out too force pack purchases in game the game claims a 40% win rate but you will go 10+ rounds without a single bingo followed by a win streak so pure laziness on the developers part… the support is even worse it is just an AI guessing none stop your issue until it says send a picture so even with pack purchases you won’t be able to contact the useless developer team.
The game only gets 2 starts being you can click the numbers therefore it works… the developers clearly do not understand dopamine because bingo without any wins is just starring at a screen of numbers may as well just be an accountant atleast there is satisfaction of a job completion instead of a badly developed game that cannot be bothered to randomise numbers it’s 1 and only job. Please do not make any mobile apps you are destroying the industry because of your laziness.
