Trouble with the APP

Please why will you create an app that is not yet ready??? I made a mistake with my name while registration and now it’s not possible for me to change the name ?? Because I need to put my correct name to be able to put in my BVN I have created about 2 accounts and all was rubbish I had issues with the two and am deleting these app,it’s making me very mad ,how will I not be able to make changes??? When I am not a robot but human so am meant to make mistakes....now I wasted two numbers and two emails just trying to create an account with your app that I was referred to 🥀
