Used to be generous
This app got stingy all of a sudden and never had all the details in anatomy. I'm a patient and also a health advocate. I don't have the money and nothing to show my doctors where my pain is.

Paid for subscription now it says i’m not subscribed
As the title says. Paid for yearly subscription, initially was working appropriately, now It’s asking me to pay for subscription again. I’m not able to use the subscriber perks even though I have paid. It’s been about a month with this issue, and it has not been resolved. Unacceptable.

The Sign in is INSANE
The sign in doesn’t even work I tried TONS of passwords and emails and it’s still not working and I never tried it sadly :(

I signed up for free membership and immediately received an alert that over $500 was charged to an account . I don’t think it’s from this vender. I think their registration sure is hacked. But they provide no customer interface. So there remains a concern.

This app is genuinely amazing. Technically, it was not made for my kind of work in mind, but you have no idea how helpful this is to use as an art student when it comes to understanding the way muscles and bones work, connect and look. Amazing app!!!

On iPad 10, animations cause the app to freeze and eventually crash. That said, the app is a still valuable resource.
Sign in button doesn’t work
Nov 1. 2024 sign in button not working, even after I update to newest version. This app has too many glitches the past 6 months. Maybe they need bigger servers or new staff; I don’t know.

Decent but the feature to remove groups of muscles, skeletal features, or nerves does not seem to work.
