Sorry to hear this - that’s clearly not the experience we want, especially after upgrading. A blank screen on the 3D body isn’t expected behaviour. Please email support@teachmeseries.com with your device type and iOS version and we’ll look into this straight away and get it resolved for you. Best wishes, Dr Oliver Jones
Refund
I would like to request a refund.
It seems that my subscription has not been fully canceled, but instead set to not renew for the next billing cycle. However, this is not what I intended.
I was unable to find the information I needed, and I no longer wish to use the service starting now. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel my current subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent payment.

Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the subscription hasn’t worked as you expected. We don’t have access to App Store subscriptions directly, so cancellations and refunds need to be managed through Apple.
