3d body is not seen

The app is totally glitchy , ive bought the paid version and from the second day onwards the 3d body images are just blank black screen

Sorry to hear this - that’s clearly not the experience we want, especially after upgrading. A blank screen on the 3D body isn’t expected behaviour. Refund

Hello,

I would like to request a refund.

It seems that my subscription has not been fully canceled, but instead set to not renew for the next billing cycle. However, this is not what I intended.

I was unable to find the information I needed, and I no longer wish to use the service starting now. Therefore, I kindly ask you to cancel my current subscription immediately and process a refund for the recent payment.

We don’t have access to App Store subscriptions directly, so cancellations and refunds need to be managed through Apple. Very Useful app. But app closes anytime I exit for a short while or to google something.

Love the way it breaks it down

I love the way how it breaks down and it also tells the different parts of the nail and all of the other stuff and I love that you can quiz me on it. I love that I can search things and you have multiple options to learn about and it also shows us pictures of what I’m learning about and color. I really love that. I really love how you use all these words and all of the correct names of them in that I could quiz I also when I get the question wrong it tells me what’s the correct answer and what he does I love

Sooooo good!

Categories divided very individually, and inside there is clear information, for example heart, there is chamber for heart, and valves, tricuspid valve pulmonary valve and other intereasting structures inside heart, I like it than YouTube! Also it not include Ad, probably pretty much better than other apps

Great Application for Anatomical & Physiological Study

Absolutely brilliant! This app offers in detail information on a significant quantity of individual organs throughout the body, along with glands, and so forth. Can’t get any better!

This app is just excellent

I was paying $16 per month for a long time. Then one day, they’re asking AUD$62.91 (USD$39/month). Support was quick to point out the rise in living and inflation. I earn $0 as a medical student, and your app (which has NOT CHANGED! NO NEW FEATURES!) went up in price 400% - Incredible. I used to love this app.

Thank you for the review. I think you are confused about our pricing - the package you are referring to is $24 per month. If you do not think this represents good value, you do not have to pay! You can use the app for free (as millions of people do a year), and benefit from over 700 articles, 2000 illustrations and 900 MCQs. We are not "price gouging" or "greedy". We are simply trying to strike a balance between providing high quality medical education and running a sustainable company.
