Doesn’t work
App does not work at all. Can’t search by GPS or zip code for nearest pharmacy location. Typing in prescription # for refill doesn’t work. Pretty worthless.
Critical Defect
A critical defect in the iPhone app makes it unusable.
Observed: We open the app and see a screen asking for name and RX number. Inputting this information pops up a screen keyboard. We can input name and RX number. But we cannot get rid of the keyboard, and cannot activate a button for submitting the name and RX number. So, we are stuck at the name/Rx input screen.
Expected: Once we input the name and Rx we would expect to see a button of some sort such as ‘submit’ or ‘refill’ activated and not blocked by another screen element. But, that is not happening.

Useless
This app is broken and in need of an update. When trying to renew a prescription the first thing it does is try to associate a pharmacy location with your location. It is at this point where everything comes to a screeching halt with a server error. Folks, we’re back to land lines and fax machines.
Not useful
I can’t log in. I can’t find a pharmacy using my zip code. I can’t do anything with this app.
Pretty useless
This app is useless to me. It can’t find a pharmacy using the zip code. It doesn’t allow me to refill with a prescription number. It doesn’t allow payment. It’s just a generic and clunky app that takes up 7 GB of space for no purpose other than to frustrate me. It needs an overhaul.
Crashes every time
Crashes every time I try to view my profile , location search (gps or zip code) it's a complete waste of memory. Do not use. Joke joke joke
