Broken UI, Useless Phone System, Total Waste of Time
If you value your time and sanity, do not use Carelon Rx. While the first few refills went smoothly, the system falls apart the moment a prescription expires.
* The Website: Shows "Auto Refill" is active, but there are no buttons to renew or manage the expired script. It’s a dead end.
* The Notifications: Non-existent. No email or text was sent to let me know I was out of refills.
* The Phone System: The automated service claimed my prescription number "did not exist" despite it being right on the bottle and the website.
* Customer Support: After 20 minutes of waiting, the representative had me re-verify every single piece of data (name, DOB, address, etc.) only to tell me they needed to transfer me to a different department to contact my doctor. That department then wanted a third round of verification.
I hit my limit at the 40-minute mark. This company is designed to waste your time. I’ll stick to my local pharmacist from now on.

Bugggggy
This is one of the buggiest apps I think I’ve ever used. Getting signed in was such a pain. Had to put the same information in multiple times. Just started to use it, so I’m not sure if the actual user experience will be equally as difficult, but first impressions, as they say…
Never use or trust Carelon with your health!
They really dropped the ball with me and created a medical emergency due to their poor system. Total garbage company.
Slow
This app is beyond slow! It takes me forever to log in and even then the lag time from page to page is unreal.
spammers
I constantly get text spam from different numbers saying they need to to me about insurance but without identifying themselves and just giving a number to call. turns out it’s this company.
