Useful timesaver
I find this app helpful and fairly easy to use. I can check my workout schedule at a glance, cancel a session and rebook by checking out available time slots on the calendar. I get incentives based on my exercises I've completed and I get daily exercises to do at home. I'm still playing with it so I'm sure I will find more helpful uses for the Bionik app.
