I took subscription for fifa worldcup and in every match it has interruptions, and during the match time today between Brazil vs Japan. The server crashed out.. I’ve never experienced that much of bad quality even after subscription, if I knew it earlier I’d never have spend any little money for this trash app.

OS is trash, video streaming quality is trashier
It is very laggy even when I have a gigabit speed connection and the quality drives me nuts. It shows 720p where there quality feels like somewhat lower than 144p. Do NOT buy it’s subscription. I wouldn’t recommend this even if it was free

Had to pay for fifa, and still the AD takes forever to load and literally started loading before the penalty kick.
Plus theres a 15 second delay on the stream. Atp its better to watch the game the next day.

Garbage
If you can’t balance the load of huge number of users then why you’re selling a product in the market. You’re selling something in the name of “premium” subscription to show the world cup and there’s always a buffering in big matches.
Even pirated third party sites have enough good viewer experience than your garbage. You’re showing ads every time I view any match. Peak disappointment from a product of GP!

Very bad experience with Bioscope. I started watching the FIFA World Cup, but the server was not working properly and the stream kept failing. It's extremely frustrating when a major live event cannot be watched because of server issues. I expected a much better service. Needs significant improvement in reliability and performance.

Look I understand you want to be profitable, but please have a team behind this instead of making it a fun project for interns because apparently this horsehit app has forgotten I paid it 300 taka and on top doesn’t run the wc.

If your app can’t handle the required user load , then why do you charge users to watch matches on this platform ! I paid for a subscription but im unable to watch the match !!! This is to much disappointment for us
