Удаляю приложение! Не могу войти в свой аккаунт

Сначала я зарегистрировалась и вышла, чтобы проверить пароль, и никак не смогла зайти , тк не присылали сообщение с кодом, а сразу писали, что превышен запрос! Хотя ни разу не было! Через 24 часа ничего не изменилось! Я попробовала зарегистрироваться под другим номером телефона, все ок. После вышла из этого аккаунта, чтобы войти под своим прежним номером и снова ничего не получилось, но! Уже и на новый номер не могу зайти! То есть два номера как будто заблокировано и нет возможности восстановить или как-то разобраться в этой проблеме!
