Simple and easy
Logging shouldn’t be complicated or laborious. This app does a terrific job of having a clear UX and makes it simple and quick to log essential progress. Thanks man!

Great tracker!
I like how this app can be customized! I’ve renamed the moods to fit my needs and adjusted the yes/no questions so they reflect what I want to track. The note section is nice and I like that I can update it later. The reminder “How do you feel?” Is just simple and not overwhelming.

Great app - Two Suggestions
As someone with Bipolar, I have spent a lot of time dreading (and then eventually working to find) ways to track my seasons. Finally an app that LOOKS good and feels simple and straight forward enough that even in my lows, I can work with it. If you are using it for yourself and your own records, than this is a 5/5 app; I recommend it.
My only issues:
1. The format for the exported information looks strange and isn’t very user friendly/easy to quickly glance at- and it’s hard to share with my clinicians. If there were different format options for what the data looks like when it’s exported, that would be a huge plus.
2. I wish my partner could see my information without me having to share it. The most commonly asked for thing I’ve seen online for bipolar disorder help- is an app that can have a partner added to it. Someone who can view the data put into the app live. The best comparison I’ve seen is apps women use to track their cycles- lot of those have a feature for their partner to be added. I hope one day this app can have that sort of feature and I would pay essentially any amount of money to make that happen.
