What's New in Bipolar UK Mood Tracker

3.1.2

July 16, 2026

Filling in a missed day now imports that day's sleep from Apple Health or Fitbit — previously the import could bring in last night's sleep instead, whatever day you were editing. Mood, emotions, sleep and comments logged on Apple Watch shortly after midnight now save to the new day, instead of updating the previous day's entry. Reliability improvements.

Helpful

Over all the app is good and very helpful. My only problem is I cannot seem to see my the graph on previous months or weeks.

good app! but i have suggestions

very good app! has all the features i’ve been looking for. i just wish the app was more customizable and that you could add a widget on your phone for the app.

Useful tracker

My daughter is going through assessment and is suspected to be bipolar. While we are waiting for her appointments I wanted to do something. Did some research and found this app. I thought recording her moods and keeping notes for each day would be helpful for all involved with her care. Even if she isn’t bipolar I can show professionals how things have been going for her. She also has special needs, so struggles to make herself understood by new people. So far it has been really helpful, simple to use and helps me feel like I am doing something for her. There is so little I can actually do to ease her distressing feelings.

Useful tool for tracking mood/ sleep etc .

The descriptions of mood states are a bit specific. I would prefer these descriptions to be customisable , perhaps based on the selections of feelings listed elsewhere in the app. . A great and useful tool for self management though

Very useful app

I find the daily recording of what your mood is, what medication you take and how many hours sleep you have had very useful as you can see a pattern if becoming too high or too low, it also has links to various other things like Bipolar support groups and online community
