Nobody’s home in the birdhouse

The app has amazing features but if you have any questions about them or really anything on which you need information, you are out of luck - there is nobody home at the birdhouse. I’ve sent several questions in about premium and received no responses (and it’s been weeks). The little bot that sends out up-sell reminders and offers works great but the people are all gone.

Bait and switch

Saw this recommended in a special needs magazine and was very excited to see that it was free. Loaded the app and was confronted with "choose your membership." What? Took me a while to find the pricing...$16-$19 per MONTH! Nothing free about it. Yes, they have a lite version which is of no benefit. Why do companies feel they can charge so much to the special needs community? I do this sort of tracking in a spreadsheet and will continue doing so for free. Thanks but no thanks.

Would like to give 4 stars HOWEVER....

This app is an awesome concept. Advertise and say that the basic is available free...that basic should be available on the app. Instead, you can make the entry on the app, but to review the data, you must have a desktop, tablet or something other than a phone. It would seem if you can make the entry on a phone you would be able to review it there to......well, not without PURCHASING the upgrade to premium at a monthly fee. Seems like a gimmick, rather than a tool.

Thank you!

I love so much about this app; being able to keep a history of doctor’s notes, if we’re trying out a new diet I can so easily keep a record for our dietician and GI, keep track of all our supplements and medications for BOTH my children (not just my son with special needs, but my typically developing daughter as well) and even our dog lol.

Happy camper

So great to have it all in one place- and easy for my husband to understand too! Sharing this with the moms in the waiting room too!
