Updating Personal Info
Yeah, what everyone else said — this app is buggy and needs a revamp. What I was most frustrated with is that I made my account in college but didn’t go on a trip until later. What I didn’t know back then was that when I filled out all my personal information on the app, it could not be undone.
For example, I filled out my university and college major. Instead of being able to erase it as that is no longer current information, it only gave me a drop-down list to change the major that is listed. There’s no way to fill it out with a blank option. I didn’t want to specify, I wanted to erase it!! Same goes for other questions such as how I identify as (Just Jewish, Reform, etc). Once you choose an option, you can’t go back and erase your answer, you can only change it.
So because I laid out all of this information years ago, I was physically unable to leave room for mystery because this app doesn’t let you change your “about me” section 👎👎👎

Buggy and impossible to navigate
This is the most buggy app I’ve ever had. Impossible to navigate. Please remove the videos.
Bug
The packing list doesn’t work. Not sure if this is a bug or not but if i click the other sections of the list it will show the first section but half scrolled off
Server error
No matter how many times I try to upload my passport, the app says “server error” and tells me to try again. How does the program have such a big budget and such a terrible app?

This App Makes you not wanna go to Israel at least with birthright because cos it’s more frustrating to figure out how there app works then to book ur own flight!

Can’t login, can’t access trips, everything you click goes to the same wrong page.

Attempted to get in touch over email and phone over a dozen times. Both phone number listed say “not in service” when you call. 0 correspondence over email. Tried repeatedly talking to my trip organizer, and I keep getting pushed off and told she spoke to IT.
No phone number I can call, nothing I can do. This is critical because I need to extend my return flight. With every day that passes it is getting increasingly difficult to make accommodations there.

This is the first review I’ve written on an app because it… doesn’t work at all… I click on the icon to open it and it loads for minutes without opening. I think it’s worked for me once… I need to see my plane tickets on it… Can this be fixed soon?
Wont load
I’m trying to scan my passport and the app just won’t load. It’s just a blinking Home Screen. I don’t know how to continue with my application without that step
